Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your class a 24-hour notice emailed to jillianmboots@gmail.com is required.

If less than a 24-hour notice is received, a 50% refund will be issued. A no-call, no-show will result in you being charged for the cost of the class.

Students must arrive on time for their class. Students who arrive 15 minutes or more late, will not be allowed into class and will not be eligible for a refund. All cancellations and class reschedules MUST be done via email to jillianmboots@gmail.com
